No one’s self-care routine will look exactly the same. The most important things to remember about your self-care regimen are:

  • It should fit into your life and schedule
  • It should be in alignment with your goals, interests, and purpose
  • It should be full of things that you ENJOY
  • It should contain things that cover your body, mind, heart, and Spirit

Taking care of your Body

Taking care of your body can include anything from eating well, finding ways to move and get in tune with yourself, learning to listen to your body whenever it’s telling you what it needs, and providing boundaries to keep your body safe and healthy.

Take care of your Mind

Taking care of your body can include taking a new course, finding new books to read, trying out a new hobby, enjoying a few moments for silence to collect your thoughts, or journaling your hopes, dreams, and fondest memories.

Taking care of your Heart

Taking care of your heart can include practicing gratitude for the things you are thankful for in your life, finding ways to strengthen your relationships, learning how to forgive, and embodying unconditional love for yourself.

Taking care of your Spirit

Taking care of your Spirit can include strengthening your relationship with the Universe (God, Your Higher Power, etc), finding time for meditation and reflection, praying, and partaking in spiritual texts and rituals.

When does the class start?

The class starts on October 12th inside of the private Facebook group.

Do I have to attend live?

All of the core classes are pre-recorded for your convenience – you’re free to watch whenever fits best within your schedule. All Q+A Check In sessions are live and while I do encourage attending live, it is not mandatory.

Can I join the Get Your Witch On class at a later date?
Yes, you do not need to join right at this time. However, the price will increase after this special offer.
